參考范文:
Dear Jack,
How is everything going? In your last e-mail, you mentioned that your grandparents are curious about the lifestyle of the senior Chinese. Now I will give you a brief account.
After retirement, keeping a healthy and balanced diet and exercising on a regular basis are the priorities in life. In their diet, they try to consume less salt and fat. As for exercising, apart from common forms like jogging, doing physical exercises, and Tai Chi, the most popular form nowadays is the square dancing, which may be a spectacular sight with hundreds of grandmas and grandpas dancing together. What’s more, their various hobbies, such as playing chess or poker, gardening and travelling, are also of great benefit to their health.
Now I have a great idea, why not ask them to come here and experience it themselves? It will be my pleasure to be their guide and grant them an unforgettable and worthwhile trip.
Looking forward to your early reply.
Your,
Li Hua
